Autoality, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Autoality Surface Analyzer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. When you use the App, the following may occur:

Photos: You may upload or capture photos of your vehicle's surfaces. These photos are sent to our secure analysis server for processing and are not stored permanently.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data such as app crashes and performance metrics to improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

To analyze vehicle surface photos and generate detailing recommendations.
To improve the performance and accuracy of our analysis engine.
To maintain and improve the App.

Photo Data

Photos you submit are transmitted securely to our analysis server and are used solely to generate your detailing report. Photos are not stored, sold, or shared with third parties. Once analysis is complete, photos are discarded from our servers.

Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload vehicle photos for analysis. We do not access your camera or photo library for any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

Our analysis engine uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process images and generate recommendations. These services receive only the image data necessary to perform analysis. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information:

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data. Photos submitted for analysis are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
